Mr. Costalas joined Pharmacopeia in January 2005 from the Corporate and Securities Group of Dechert LLP. While at Dechert, Mr. Costalas served as lead outside counsel to Pharmacopeia, and his practice focused heavily on the representation of biotechnology companies. Mr. Costalas has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance and development. Mr. Costalas is responsible for the Corporate Development, Business Development, Legal, Human Resources and Facilities Groups at Pharmacopeia. Mr. Costalas holds a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania School of Law and an A.B. from Dartmouth College. |
