Donald E. Kohan, M.D., Ph.D. is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Nephrology Division at the University Of Utah Health Sciences Center, where he also functions as the Director of the Nephrology Training Program. Dr. Kohn is a graduate of the University School of Miami – School of Medicine, received his Ph.D. in Physiology from Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, and is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
Dr. Kohan has received many awards and recognition for both his contributions to the field of nephrology and his dedication to teaching. Throughout his career he has authored over 80 publications.
